What to Expect During Your Immigration Physical

1. Comprehensive Medical Examination
- A review of your medical history, including past or current medical issues.
- A physical examination to check height, weight, vital signs, and your eyes, ears, nose, throat, lungs, and heart.
2. Mandatory Screenings and Tests
- Required vaccinations, such as Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), and others.
- Tuberculosis (TB) testing.
- Additional tests if necessary, based on your health condition.
3. Thorough Documentation Review
- Verification of your vaccination records.
- Guidance on any additional documentation required.
- Assistance in ensuring all paperwork meets USCIS standards.
What Happens After Your Immigration Physical?
Once your immigration physical is complete:
- Results Submission: Your examination results will be sent directly to USCIS.
- Confidentiality: Your results are private and disclosed only to USCIS unless you provide consent.
- Form I-693: If your results are approved, you will receive Form I-693 (Medical Examination Report and Vaccination Record) in a sealed envelope. Submit this form with your immigration application and retain a copy for your records.
